I live behind the Brad's on Hwy 64 and eat there frequently. The ribs are by far their best item on the menu and I love their banana pudding. I repeat, don't forget to order da puddin'. There are a few things that I feel hold them back from being a true Memphis bar-b-q. The biggest reason being that their bar-b-q isn't cooked on a smoker or grill and is actually prepared over natural gas. It's like there is something missing from the bar-b-q equation, it's good, but not "Memphis" good. One other thing that I would change if it were my place is the size of the side items. 5 onion rings is not an "order of onion rings" and a 2 oz ramiken of slaw is only a bite. Sides are cheap and your biggest profit margin item. Quit being so skimpy. They are relatively fast and the one near my house has a drive through, but it's usually best to call before you leave the house if your getting it to go, especially near dinner time. Some minor improvements would make this restaraunt perfect, however I have never been disappointed.

My husband and I stopped in here on our way home and were really surprised on how good the food was. The prices also were great. It's not a place we get out to alot, but it's worth the drive.
